Location: St Albans, AL4 0TX (dual site)
Hours: Full-time | Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
Salary: Up to £34,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Are you a passionate, experienced leader in social care? Join ivolve, one of the UK’s largest adult social care providers, and help us transform lives. We’re looking for a Registered Manager to lead our supported living services in Clacton-on-Sea and the surrounding areas.
About the Service – We have 5 services in St Albans, all providing specialist support. We have four teams based in Hill End and Sovereign House, AL4, close to Highfield park and a range of shops and community services. A further team is a short distance away in Blandford Road AL1. They all specialise in supporting people with Mental Health, Personality Disorders plus Autism, and Aspergers. This includes Autism Accrediation from National Autism Society.
**Your Role **As the Registered Manager, you will:
Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our services
Inspire and manage a team of dedicated support workers
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain high-quality care
Build strong relationships with families, professionals, and the wider community
Report to the Area Manager and contribute to the strategic development of the service
What You’ll Need
Proven leadership and management experience in the social care sector
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (or willingness to work towards it)
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and best practices
Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Experience managing budgets, resources, and staffing effectively
Commitment to person-centred support, inclusion, and continuous improvement
