Primley Lane is a newly renovated 4-bedroom, supported living house in Sheering. The house is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a quiet residential area. It has an enclosed rear garden and private parking at the front of the service. The house has spacious communal areas, large bedrooms, and four bathrooms.

Sheering is a small village with some amenities situated 3 miles from Harlow and 5 miles from Bishop Stortford, with good public transport links until early evenings (8 pm).

Here at Primley Lane, we support people taking their first steps into independent living, moving away from their family home for the first time. We support people in learning new skills such as cooking, managing money, using public transport, and accessing their community. We are on hand to support people in a person-centred way, with their personal care and health needs, focussing on their quality of life.

Primley Lane is a very active service where we like to keep busy enjoying days out with a favourite being Thorpe Park. We support people to play basketball, hit the local nightclub, visit the cinema, enjoy bowling, visit local garden centres, and enjoy go-karting among other things. Locally there is also a collection of day service provisions running arts and crafts, cooking and community integration groups.

We’re proud to have a diverse team at Primley lane with colleagues bringing lots of different experiences to the service we provide. The people we support are keen to ensure that new colleagues are going to fit in well and enjoy being part of the interview panel, helping to pick their new team.
