Blackburn

Blackburn has a fabulous, experienced team of over 40 colleagues supporting adults with needs including learning disabilities, autism, and associated complex needs.

We enjoy a wide range of activities and events, including football visits, going to the petting zoo and a sensory room, playing pool, going shopping, and bowling. There's also a big focus on opportunities for the people we support to develop new skills at community-based and educational projects as well as in the service using e-learning and getting involved in planning and budgeting.

There are excellent transport links into the town centre and the service is just a short drive away from the main motorway networks which provide access to Manchester and the coastal towns of Blackpool and Morecambe Bay.

We're situated on a quiet street in a residential area of Blackburn and are close to many community facilities including shops, cafes, and restaurants. The service is just a five-minute walk from Blackburn town centre with all its amenities and provides easy access to Whitton Country Park and the local zoo.
