Vacancy Location:  Whitley, Goole, East Riding of Yorkshire, DN14 0HY

Shifts: Part-time 16 hours per week (4 hours per day - split into two-hour blocks from 7am - 9am and 7pm - 9pm)

Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour

Role Overview 

 
We are currently seeking a reliable and responsible individual to join our team as a Part-Time Driver. This position involves working four hours per day, split into two-hour blocks from 7am to 9am and 7pm to 9pm. As a Part-Time Driver, you will have full access to a company vehicle and will be responsible for transporting colleagues from local areas to our Whitley service and returning them home.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Morning Shift (7 am - 9 am):

  • Safely operate the company vehicle to collect colleagues from local areas.
  • Ensure punctual transportation of colleagues to the workplace.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanour while interacting with colleagues.

Evening Shift (7 pm - 9 pm):

  • Provide transportation for colleagues returning home after their shifts.
  • Uphold safety standards during all journeys.
  • Conduct routine vehicle checks and report any issues promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Comfortable and skilled in driving a company vehicle.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Punctuality to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.
