Job Title: Facilities Coordinator
Vacancy Location: Chesterfield, S41
Shifts: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Pay Rate: Up to £25’000 Per Annum (dependent on experience)

Role Overview
Working autonomously and closely with the wider department and business, you will oversee the completion of a range of key activities in a timely and professional way, supporting colleagues, resolving issues along the way.
Property Support Hub
- Receive and make calls to our services and contractors to ensure all maintenance activity is completed promptly and to a high standard.
- Diary plan for our internal maintenance team
- Ensure the statutory compliance database is maintained up to date and matters arising are addressed proactively.
- Allocate responsibilities on receipt of Fire Risk Assessments
- Hold regular calls with services to encourage a planned approach to the completion of tasks.
- General administrative responsibilities, including the provision of information and reporting to support the Facility Management Team.
- Provide both planned and ad-hoc reporting, including exception reports.
