Job Title: Learning Coordinator
Vacancy Location: Chesterfield (Hybrid/Remote Available)
Shifts: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Pay Rate: £24’000 Per Annum

Role Overview
- To provide an exceptional, high-quality learning and development administration service for ivolve Group and help our colleagues to solve their learning and development problems.
- The advertising and promotion of all learning and development activities.
- The coordination of course bookings, monitoring demand and recording completed learning.
- You will provide a friendly and warm phone service to all new ivolve colleagues making sure that they are fully informed and prepared to start their induction experience.
- You will undertake an analysis of learning reports, working closely with our teams to strengthen our training compliance.

Essential
- Good general education.
- Exceptional organisational abilities.
- Confident IT user.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Confident Microsoft Office user, particularly Excel and MS Teams.
- Ability to engage with various stakeholders demonstrating professional customer service skills.
- You will be familiar with usage of a learning management system or other digital people platform.
- Be able to demonstrate high quality communications by telephone and by email.
- Level 3 in Administration.
Desirable
- Based in or around Chesterfield but will consider fully remote candidates with the right experience.
- Experience within a high-volume admin environment.
