Vacancy Location: Horley, Surrey  (Hybrid)

**Working Pattern: **Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Role Overview

 

Reporting to the Divisional Head of People England you will work with our Lead People Partners in supporting the delivery of data analysis, trends and concerns to ensure key messages around process and initiatives lands with colleagues. You will champion welfare for our colleagues engaging in welfare calls and visits to services to gain feedback on experience or providing additional support to specific services where areas of concern may arise. You will analyse survey data and provide support through forums and culture workshops driving colleague experience. Using key metrics to partner operational colleagues to identify key concerns, celebrate colleague success and provide support as needed to the Lead People Partners. You will support on initiatives such as employee feedback, length of service awards and lead on our reward and recognition platform to drive retention and engagement across the regions.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Act as an ambassador for ivolve
  • Promote fair and inclusive working practices, challenging these when they don’t meet the standards we expect to see
  • Support with change management initiatives as required in a supportive and encouraging way to ensure the message is well communicated and change is embedded
  • Supporting employee voice sessions and visits to services to gain views from colleagues
  • Lead on our Benefits platform to drive the use of the system and its benefits to our colleagues. Ensuring new colleague access, recognition and provide data metrics each month
  • Support the welfare and engagement of colleagues via local initiatives through welfare calls, driving lessons and virtual wellbeing coffee mornings
  • Support check in reviews on survey completion, analysis concerns and trends
  • Provide support on ER/HR case load as required across the region
  • Support and enhance performance through the analysis data, trends and KPI’s in areas such as sickness/absence and support with relevant process to enable managers to manage this effectively.
  • Support with implementation of new ways of working to land key messages and embed process
  • Monitoring of excessive hours through Sona, ensuring the wellbeing of colleagues is promoted and addressed through welfare calls and feedback to managers

Essential

  • Strong Verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to analyse trends
  • Driver with ability to visit services within the Region
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Good organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects
  • CIPD level 5 or working towards
