Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Remote
Working Pattern: 37.5 Hours Per Week
Salary: Up to £40’000 Per Annum
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated individual to join our Transformation Team as a Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate internally with team members and key stakeholders, also with external organisations. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within the specified deadlines and budget constraints.

Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans/business cases, including scope, objectives, timelines, and budget.
- Coordinate resources, including, equipment and materials, to ensure project success.
- Identify and assign project tasks based on the skill sets, experience and strengths team members
- Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to director level to provide regular updates on project status and address any concerns.
- Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project delivery.
- Manage project budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
- Lead project team meetings and facilitate collaboration among team members.
- Evaluate project outcomes and implement lessons learned for future projects.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Desirable:
- Proven experience in initiating projects, planning, delegating, managing and risk mitigating.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or related field.
- Track record of successfully completed projects.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional organisational and time management abilities.
- Methodical approach.
- Resilient.
- Preferred experience in using Microsoft and project management software.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
