Job Title: Regional Compliance Coordinator

Location: Chesterfield, Head Office (Hybrid)

Working Pattern: 37.5 Hours Per Week

Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 (dependent upon experience)

Role Overview

 

The Regional Compliance Coordinator ensures regulatory adherence, system management, and operational support across various areas. This role is designed to evolve with the business’s changing requirements, adding flexibility and adaptability to the coordinator's scope.

 

 

Your Responsibilities:

 

Regulatory Processes: Monitor manager transitions (new starters/leavers), keep QCR regulations and manager information current, and ensure manager registration aligns with regulatory requirements. Track and document new service openings.

UQF Preparation and Actions: Maintain accurate records of individuals receiving regulated personal care. Manage and duplicate files across regions.

Safeguarding: Regularly update safeguarding logs based on incidents. Cross-check records with the CQC portal to ensure proper notifications and referrals, and confirm police incidents are appropriately reported.

Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS): Ensure accurate tracking of DoLS statuses and documentation in Nourish. Monitor renewals, confirm application submissions, and verify CQC notifications for new authorizations.

Complaints & Compliments: Prompt managers to log feedback in Nourish.

Feedback Surveys (How Are We Doing): Update manager contact lists for feedback initiatives. Generate quarterly and annual reports, and create QR codes/posters for feedback collection.

Supervisions: Maintain supervision/appraisal matrices and assist managers with updates. Follow up with reminders and notify area managers of non-compliance.

On-Call Rota: Support scheduling and upkeep of the on-call rota.

Capacity Tracker (CQC): Submit monthly CQC data and ensure timely updates by managers. Manage tracker responsibilities for new services.

 

System Administration: 

  • Oversee colleague logins and deployments in Nourish and Sona systems.
  • Produce high-quality reports using data and intelligence to support insight and performance. 
  • Develop understanding of key organisational systems and processes, audit and report on compliance, and support optimised use of systems.

Additional Responsibilities: 

  • Manage systems like Soldo and business continuity processes. 
  • Facilitate family engagement through forums. Handle data administration, accuracy, and issue resolution. 
  • Collaborate with operations and group functions to address organizational needs.
