My name is Natalie the Managing Director of Region 1 at ivolve Care and Support.

I started my career in care as a Support Worker myself 27 years ago and like many of the leaders at ivolve I’ve progressed from there.

I always enjoy visiting our services and one of the things that always strikes me is how we are so much more than ‘just’ a support worker. Our teams are full of enthusiasm, inspiration, ideas, and passion. Our support workers have the privilege of directly impacting the lives of the people we support.
