To get this award, ivolve went through a tough evaluation process, including asking colleagues what they think about things like feeling empowered, being rewarded and recognised, enjoying their job, sharing information, feeling good about themselves, and being proud of their work. In our recent survey, ivolve got a really good score of 25, which means our colleagues are very happy!
