Job Title: Team Leader (Property Hub)

Vacancy Location:  Chesterfield, S41

Shifts: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Pay Rate: Up to £35’000 Per Annum (dependent on experience)

Role Overview

 

Working autonomously and closely with the senior property leadership team, wider department and business, you will oversee the completion of a range of key activities in a proactive and professional way, supporting and developing your team whilst consolidating and improving process and procedures to create a ‘One ivolve’ way of working.

 

Property Support Hub

 

  • Line management, support and development of a team of Facilities Co-ordinators
  • Document, train and implement consistent ways of working across the business.
  • Provide cover for the team in periods of peak activity.
  • Support the Senior Property leadership team in the delivery of projects.
  • Ensure the statutory compliance database is maintained up to date and matters arising are addressed proactively.
  • Hold regular calls with Ops colleagues and Regional Facilities Managers to understand the service your team provide and identify areas for improvement and the removal of complexity.
  • General administrative responsibilities, include management of the Head Office at Chesterfield and the provision of information and reporting to support the Facility Management Team.
